Size and Configuration
- World Scale, typically ~250 - 400 MBD
- Semi / Full Conversion; and
- Potential Petrochemical and/or Electric Power Integration
Crude Oil Supply
- The supply for crude oil for the Jazan Refinery Project will be ensured under a thirty (30) year crude oil supply agreement to be entered into between Saudi Arabian Oil Company and the Project Company based on international market pricing
Design
- Adopt the same high standards, in accordance with best industry practice, as used in the design and construction of similar facilities globally;
- Utilize commercially proven processes and technology;
- Comply with all applicable laws, including environmental regulations; and
- Meet all applicable health, safety and security requirements.
